Marco Costa is, without a doubt, one of the youngest and most talented pastry chefs in the country today. Portuguese people have known him since 2011 when he was a finalist on Casa dos Segredos 2 and won over Teresa Guilherme (and others) with an orange roulade that became his calling card. Manuel Luís Goucha also succumbed to his talent, as did Cristina Ferreira, who confessed live on television that she didn't like Bolo-Rei, but after tasting Marco's, she enthusiastically declared her love for it.
The dessert recipes in "Receitas com Segredo" have Marco's personal touch. They are homemade, authentic, and high-quality, aiming to evoke the flavours of our grandmothers' recipes, made with care and overflowing with happiness.
