How much is shipping?
Shipping costs are not included in the price of the items.
The cost is automatically calculated at checkout, before order confirmation, according to weight, destination, and shipping method.
How long does delivery take?
After payment confirmation, the order is prepared within 1 to 3 business days. The estimated delivery time is:
- 2 to 5 business days for mainland Portugal;
- Variable delivery time for Islands and other destinations.
What payment methods are available?
We accept the following payment methods:
- MB Way
- Multibanco Reference
- Bank Transfer
The order is only processed after payment confirmation.
Are the books new or used?
A Era Outra Vez... Second-hand Bookshop sells used books.
The condition of each book is indicated in its product description.
Can I return a book if I don't like it?
Yes. You have 14 days after receiving the order to return the product, provided it is in good condition and shows no signs of use.
Return costs are borne by the Customer, except in case of an error by the Bookstore or a defective product.
When do I get my refund?
After receipt and verification of the returned book, the refund will be processed within the legal period, preferably using the same payment method.
What if the order arrives damaged or incorrect?
If the book arrives damaged or does not match the order, you must contact us within 48 hours of receipt, sending photos of the problem. We will resolve the situation with a replacement or refund, at no cost to the Customer.
