Obscurity

It's the summer of 2003 and the United States has just invaded Iraq. In Stockholm, an Afghan-born football referee is murdered. Giuseppe Costa, the father of one of the players, is arrested for the crime. However, Costa insists on his innocence and the police decide to consult Professor Hans Rekke, a world-renowned expert in interrogation techniques. But nothing goes as expected. With remarkable reasoning, Rekke completely dismisses the preliminary investigation, causing the entire case to fall apart. Costa is released and the police don't know which way to turn.
