It's on a December night that a lighthouse keeper discovers an old book in a chest washed ashore. The golden letters of the title are almost faded, the mould-covered pages are unreadable; only the paper of the illustrations has survived... Suddenly, these images come to life and, one after another, the heroes of the book tell the young woman their fabulous story!
