The journey of life

‘The journey I describe in this book’, the author states, defiantly, ‘is not a way to achieve happiness, but to recognise that it is within us. It always has been.’ The truth is that we rarely know how to recognise it, perhaps because we seek proof of our worth outside ourselves. During the inner journey proposed in these pages, we learn not to avoid difficulties, but to give them meaning.
